Pre Workout SUpplement -- Sweating?

I've incurred a rather disturbing side effect yesterday. I used PWO and a multivitamin before heading to the gym, and once I finished with the gym I went out for a walk. I began experiencing anxieties and near panic, which I don't normally experience on a PWO. I did however have around three cups of coffee earlier that morning, around six hours apart. Near the end of the night, when I was in bed it was 72 degrees temperature in my apartment, and I felt the pores throughout my body beginning to sweat. I began panicking a little, but it passed. However, to randomly begin sweating in bed really bothers me, and I thought perhaps it could be related to adrenal stress (including the anxiety/panic/elevated hr).

What are your thoughts on this? Today, I feel rather fatigued. Perhaps I overused caffeine? The PWO I used is Explosion, one scoop.

    Insulin spike, eh?

I should mention that I vape nicotine. I wonder if there's a relation to insulin resistance causing these symptoms?

That's why I don't use pre-workout. It makes me feel anxious as hell. Kinda like a purposeful panic attack. Not my ideal.

Nicotine is also a stimulant. You're most likely neglecting the synergistic effect from the caffeine and nicotine interacting. No different than combining alcohol with cannabis; when combined they amplify the affects of each other because of the synergistic effect. Or any combination of substances for that matter.
