Good morning!
I weighed in at 168 today. I was 166 a few weeks ago. The scale seems to zig zag up and down 2 lbs.
My MFP SW was 176
Down 8 total
BMI: 25.0

Hi everybody!!! I broke the 160lb mark weighing in at 159!!! YAY!!! I have a cold, so I'm hoping that all this water I'm retaining will fall off by next week's weigh in!

Count me in! I have been weighing in Wednesday for quite some time. Kinda like it because if I have a crazy weekend, I can catch up with exercise before weighing in. A little room to breathe for splurges!

Hello everyone!! Amazing job on all your losses! I will be able to chart our progress when I can get to my at home computer.
As for me, i weighed in this morning at 169.2, for a loss this week of about 5 lbs, and a total of about 6 lbs!
Keep it up all! I will post the chart with the amount of info that I currently have later this evening/tomorrow morning!0 -

Very nervous about weighing in tomorrow morning, since last week I dropped 3+ lbs and weighed again on Friday (for the 10lbs in July challenge) I was up 2.
But I would rather lose slowly than fast and keep the weight off.

So the scale was not nice today at all. I am up 1.2 lbs I weigh in at 150.80 -
The scale wasn't nice to me either this week. I went away for the week to visit my family and I think this gain was a result of all the fun I had with them (i.e. drinking, going out to eat, home-made desserts)... But I am determined to get back on track this week. It's really frustrating to me when a whole week goes by and I haven't lost anything...
Last week's weight: 251.4
This week's weight: 252.2
Net gain: (+ 0.8 lb)

1.5" off my hips
2.5" off my lovehandles
1" off each thigh.

I'm in! Weighed in today, and lost 1.8 pounds this week, for a total of 9.2 pounds so far. I started my fitness regime hardcore 35 days ago, and that's when I started weighing in. I'm doing Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis DVDs for my workout six days a week, and drinking Shakeology for breakfast everyday, which keeps my eating on track!0

A day late and exactly the same. Weighed in at 168 again. I want to see 166 again and soon! I did work out 2xs with the trainer this week, so maybe next week things will look better. I need to get control of the diet again!0
