Okay everyone, here is a rough draft of the start.. I had to sort of bit and piece things together from your profiles because I didn't have all the info... I used the only info that I had.

Very nervous about weighing in tomorrow morning, since last week I dropped 3+ lbs and weighed again on Friday (for the 10lbs in July challenge) I was up 2.
But I would rather lose slowly than fast and keep the weight off.

So the scale was not nice today at all. I am up 1.2 lbs I weigh in at 150.80 -
The scale wasn't nice to me either this week. I went away for the week to visit my family and I think this gain was a result of all the fun I had with them (i.e. drinking, going out to eat, home-made desserts)... But I am determined to get back on track this week. It's really frustrating to me when a whole week goes by and I haven't lost anything...
Last week's weight: 251.4
This week's weight: 252.2
Net gain: (+ 0.8 lb)

We're all in the same boat.. But don't get discouraged! There's always next week.

This Week: 169.8 lbs
+.6 lbs....
BUT!
I did lose..
1.5" off my hips
2.5" off my lovehandles
1" off each thigh.
(And I'm still glad to be in the 160's. I hope it stays longer this time )0 -

I'm in! Weighed in today, and lost 1.8 pounds this week, for a total of 9.2 pounds so far. I started my fitness regime hardcore 35 days ago, and that's when I started weighing in. I'm doing Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis DVDs for my workout six days a week, and drinking Shakeology for breakfast everyday, which keeps my eating on track!0

A day late and exactly the same. Weighed in at 168 again. I want to see 166 again and soon! I did work out 2xs with the trainer this week, so maybe next week things will look better. I need to get control of the diet again!0
