5'3", like to stay between 115-120 (I'm 117 now, have been in that range for 4 months now). My original goal was 130, but I got there and felt I could do better (I have a pretty small frame).

My original goal was 164 to be within a healthy BMI, got there and was not Nearly small enough... Second goal was 155 then 145 and now it's 135.... no matter what, I can Not go any smaller than that.. As of this morning I am 141lbs at 5'8... I'm thinking my range will be between 135-140 due to strength training and water weight fluctuations.

I'd like to get back to where I was before I was married. I'm tall and I felt wonderful at 175 to 180. I was pretty active and was able to eat anything I wanted which was mostly very healthy food. I will be so very happy at that weight range. My husband agrees! I sure do love him!

I'm 5'1" and I'm at my goal of 115. Still nailing down calorie amounts to maintain.
  • 5'10''/broad-shouldered-currently in the 180's and absolutely miserable... GOAL= 140's (or else things will never look up!)
  • goal weight is 150lbs. at 5'2" it would still be a lot, but a lot less than my sw of 261.

    Awesome...Congrats to you! :)

I'm only 4'11" so my goal is 115-120
I'm currently between 1200-1300 calories with exercise. I have trouble with my height issue because i dont get as many calories as most people. To maintain my goal weight i basically have to live on 1200 calories if i'm not exercising. If i'm willing to exercise and not trying to lose- i can maintain around 1400 and actually be a little normal LOL

I am 5'6 and due to the holidays and a foot injury i have exercised much less, eaten more crap(not followed the macro's that worked for me for the last few years) and put the pounds on:( My current weight is 127 and my goal is back to 119. My plan now is back to 1300 calories and stick to 35P/50F/15C.

    GW 127-132lbs range

Current goals are fitness and strength training related. I'm satisfied where I'm at, but would be thrilled if my training shaves an inch off my waist and hips and reduces my body fat a point or two.

    Maintain range 150-155
Would like to get to 150 just so I could say I've lost half my body weight. Not a big deal, but I figure I'll get there eventually. Looking forward to being in maintenance (and staying here!)

My original goal was 176 and I hit that, then put a bit back on. 176lbs was my best weight 30 or so years ago, but at 57 it seems I need just a bit lighter.
