My 10% Success

Officially down by more than 10% today and I'm super motivated to keep going harder. The before picture is after I'd already lost about 8 pounds but I can't find any meaningful before pictures at this years heaviest as I hid behind people in every picture. I started the last week of August and am so glad I came back to MFP. Right now I workout with weights 2/3 days a week I do cardio daily but only log days I lift. I'm waist-training and only drink water. I'm so thankful for the support of this community and look forward to dropping 30/40 more to get to goal. Hopefully this time I'll also learn about maintenance I never want to go through this process again. For those struggling keep going every ounce lost is a success!
