    Woo-hoo! Big post-vacation loss (almost puts me back on track as if vacation had never happened) and today pretty much marks my HALF-WAY POINT on my overall plan to lose 132 lbs. It's taken 160 days to get here and I'm hoping it will take less than 200 more to get to the finish line.

    Hey guys, hope everyone is fine and still on track. I'm sorry I've been off MFP for awhile now. My life has been out of my control. depression is the devil, but I've taken back control and nothing is gonna bring me down this time around. Thanks to all those who checked in on me. I really appreciate. Anyways I will start all over by imputing my current weight for this week.

    Missed last week, but doing okay on my progress. I doubt I'll really hit the 40 by Christmas, but I am happy with that as a target. I would have to actually lose 2 a week, and I don't think that is realistic at this point... Thank you again for all who are doing this challenge. You all are an inspiration.

    Plateau week with a lot of bouncing around, but still some progress made. Had a horrible craving for pizza and hot wings, which I haven't had in almost six months, and gave into it on Sunday night. Now it's back to the grindstone.

    i lost 5.2 pounds.. thank goodness for eating tofu i started... that started helping me lose. and i cut out sodium and use Mrs Dash salt free seasoning line..
