197lb to 190lb, only 7lb loss but remember losing only body fat takes time and careful planning so you don't also lose what's underneath . Great job in this thread, keep it up guys!83 -
Was stuck in a rut for so long not thinking I was making any progress and that I was getting fatter by the second. And then I came across this old photo from high school. My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe I let myself look like that. Gotta say I am much more confident in the body I am in now

So i definitely wouldn't post these except in this kinda place. I weighed 331ish when i started in april of this year my current weight is 273 I'd still like to get down to 250, I'm not trying to win a competition or anything so no need to get shredded for me. My gaols are just to live a longer healthier life. I've been tracking calories and doing some exercise. The split photo is from 8-31 to 10-31 like i said I've got a ways to go and at 46 its harder than when i was young thats for sure.50 -

I try to do cardio 3 times a week and weight train 4 times a week. My leg days are usually this:
Barbell Squat 4x10-12
Good Mornings 4x12 (Supserset with Barbell Walking Lunge)
Barbell Walking Lunge 4x12
Lying Leg Curls 4x12 (Superset with Leg Extensions)
Leg Extensions 4x12
Standing Calf Raises 4x12
Light Barbell Squat 4x255 -

Got down to 194lbs from 388lbs, but am now trying to rebuild muscle mass that I lost. Am now up to 214lbs

Thanks!! I said that if I was ever able to fit in a Challenger, I was getting me one. Thanks to a cash prize from a wellness/betterment program at where I work, I was able to get it a lot earlier than expected.13 -
I've only lost 32 or so pounds so far, but I was kind of amazed at how much of a difference 32 lbs actually made.

Down 105lbs and have been at maintenance for about three months now. Still don't care for photos with my shirt off, but I'll brave it. Lol! God, I can't believe I considered myself decent looking before.
