help with excersize ideas while injured

So like a dumbass, I fell up some steps and dislocated my shoulder. I'll be in a sling til I can see my ortho. I've been in a great groove work out wise and I don't want to lose that momentum. Help me!

Do you have access to a gym? A stationary bike would be good. Or walking.0

Research leg exercises on the internet. There is so much you can do.0

lower body pretty much (this is coming from someone who was in a car accident last week and still has the perfect bruise and laceration impressions from a seatbelt on her clavicle and across her chest) Im cleared to walk, and stationary bike if I keep it at a slower pace. He doesnt want me to do squats or strength train because the more I tear other muscles the harder my body has to fight to heal the damage done to the muscles in the accident0
