Fruits before workout session good or bad?

Hello, Is it okay too have fruits before without or should I avoid it

Welcome to MFP
I usually prepare my protein shake and drink it at least 30 minutes before my workout. I blend: whey protein isolate, one banana, some pineapple, any milk I like. I found out if that drink it too close to workout start time, there is not enough time for the shake to be digested. I also have a cup of coffee, black, no sugar. This is personal preference.

This is a very good thing to keep in mind when it comes to if and what you eat before/after exercise.
