Hello! I am trying to get healthy in all aspects of my life. Physically, mentally, emotionLly, and spiritually. I would love a motivational buddy to mutual help stay on track. I am also struggling with drinking too much, which perpetually derails my progress related to diet and exercise.     Feel free to add me if you want, i don't drink but i have been/am struggling with anxiety and depression for a while now, trying to kick it by myself :) regarding weight loss, make sure to log everything, everyday.. cut on the drinking gradually and include it in your calories.. You will get there.. one pound at a time, day in day out.
