New to my fitness pal and the Keto Diet

Hi Guys. I am no stranger to my fitness pal, I have been on here before years ago and I never fully stuck with it. I guess in between college, working full time and raising a toddler I just could not find the extra ten minutes or energy for that matter to track and post. Mid October I joined again, had a week or so streak of staying on top of it and then I slowly just stopped again. I logged back on two days ago (Wednesday November 16th, the same day I decided to begin the Keto Diet and to stop making excuses on why I cannot do it, because I can do it! I am hoping that by connecting with all of you and sharing our progress and even our trials and error that together we can help one another meet our goals! :-)

    It looks like I am in the same exact position as you! I have been on MFP for years now and have on again/off again tried the keto diet. I am re-committing myself to the keto diet and am motivating to sticking with it!

    I would love to be part of a group who is following a similar diet to myself, so we can share tricks, recipes, goals, and progress!

    There are two groups I found that I have joined today. One is the "keto recipes and support" as well as "ketogenic lifestyle" groups! you should join as well! Especially for the recipes!

    That sounds like a good idea to me! I've never tried being part of a group or building a support system through MFP so I am very excited to gain some accountability for myself and hopefully stick to my goals! : )

    I just joined those two groups you suggested and they look great for info, thanks for the tip!

    May I join you? I have been straddling the LC and starting the Keto way of eating. I tend to sabotage myself and my husband helps with that. No excuses. I want to succeed.

    In the same boat! Just started or I can say started again as failing seems to be where I succeed! Sabotage everywhere in my home but I am my own worst enemy!
