Hi! I'm 5'5.5", started at 172 lbs and currently at 158 lbs. GW is 145 lbs because I have a large frame and thick bones.
Looking at your body frame size can help pick an ideal goal weight. Try the wrist measurement method.

Hello! I'm also 5'5" and weigh 167 this morning. I'm in my 40's and would like to drop about 45lbs and become healthier on the way. Would love to get motivation. I have started and stopped so many times.

Please add me I am 4'11" and I am 206 lbs now, I was 238 a while ago but I have another 80 or so lbs to lose, I am in the process of attending nutrition classes to prepare myself for weight loss surgery and have 3 months of classes left.
