I log it as circuit training, general :-)0

iv created my own exercise with its name. but iv put in the calories the same as circuit training.
and everytime i change in weight i re-check how many calories i would burn circuit training
and change the burn amount accordingly.0 -
Circuit training!!
I used to log it as calisthenics or even strength training, and with each I was getting seriously jipped on calorie burn!0
