Hi guys,
I was wondering if someone could please explain to me about cutting, bulking, carb cycling? I feel like there is so much I should be knowing and am not aware. Also the Macros. My goal is to slim down abit more and tone up. Specifically slimmer toned arms, thighs, calves, waist and I want to grow muscle in my butt and have a defined stomach. I have been about 5 months at my gym and I feel like I should be noticing a big difference like my twin sis.
Some information about me: I am 25 and from Australia, I have arthiritis, weight: 53kg, height: 156cm short.
I do accept friend requests

You should be able to find all this information in the threads at the top of each board. As for your goals and current stats, this one may be your best bet: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat6

I've been using the tips from Christine Hronec, Gauge Girl Training, from YouTube. Best wishes.2

Cutting means losing fat, bulking means gaining muscle (preferably), carb cycling is having different carbohydrate amount on different days etc. you don't need that, but can look it up.
Macros are macronutrients, the main ones are carbohydrate, protein, fat and fibre. Basically, what your food is made of.
I suggest to follow MFP guide to losing fat very slightly and doing weight training, that will give you the "tone up".
For resistance workout routines you can use youtube gurus advice and so on. Be sceptical though and check every information that you are given.1 -
