Its my second day of fitness pal.

Hey everyone, like everyone else, I'm new to my fitness pal. It is my second day, but I feel so motivated by everyone's stories. The first day I logged my food intake I was shocked! I had never counted calories before, but after seeing how much I was eating and not burning, I decided to make a change in my life. I am determined to become healthy and make smarter lifestyle decisions. I am so glad to have found this website, with so many other people that are making an effort in their lives, also. I am not alone!!

    Welcome! I love the food tracker--I found it extremely eye opening the amount of protein that I DON'T eat. I'm not sure how much you've explored, but you can track individual nutrients (aside from the normal carbs, fats, proteins) and track sugar...sodium, etc. Great tools on this site, for sure!
