My girl, I rescued her from being euthanized when she was 7; she is almost 14 now and we can't go on our walks anymore, but I still push her, cuz she is getting to be a chubby old lady!

And my old man, I've had him since he was a stray small enough to fit in my palm. He was obese most his life topping at 22lbs. He stopped eating and lost a lot of weight, but with some medication, time and better food, he is a healthy weight now at 16 years old and has more vitality than he has in years.6 -

First is our newest addition Mila the Dachshund who is just over a year old, then is our boy, a mix of we think pug and chihuahua The Perris our first dog we got about a year and a half ago, finally is our Minnie we believe to be a Dachshund and Pit mix... We got Mila and Perris from people who were going to put them in the pound if they couldn't give them away and Minnie was adopted from the pound... These are our sweet fur babies5 -

All of your fur kids are adorable! There is nothing sweeter than an animal and their love.
This past Friday my sweet boy passed away. He was my baby for 16 years; what I'd give for 16 more with that sweetheart. My whole life changed, the house is too quiet without him. The bottom picture is from a few years ago when he was well; the top picture is Miles a few hours before he passed in my arms.

Meet PeeWee. A two-year-old female Japanese Spitz.
Aside from her, I also have 1 rabbit, 1 turtle, and 9 birds of two different kinds.2 -

It's always hard. I was there with my dog Miles (same name) in my lap when they put him to sleep, 2 years ago. It doesn't hurt anymore like it did, but I'm still sad about it. I am happy when I think about all the love and attention I gave him and how happy he was.0 -
