Need help I'm new

Hey so I've lost 1 pounds sense joining im ahead of my schedule a little bit, not a unhealthy amount though, but how do I change it or does it change it for me.

    Congrats on losing weight!

    As for updates, you need to keep updating your weight on MFP (if you are on the app then click the plus button then "weight." If you are on the browser website then on the home page just click the little scale icon with a plus button on it). On MFP as you update your weight then the system will adjust where you are on your weight loss journey.

    If you are asking if the system will add more calories later on because you are "ahead of schedule," then no, it will keep you on the same calorie restriction that you originally had it set to.

    If you want to update your calorie restriction so that you are losing weight more slowly then you can go into your settings to scale your weight loss up or down.
