I am just getting started again after a longer break. But I am even more committed now and would love some friends to keep each other motivated !

  • Hello, i am rosemarie.i am new here as well. I joined FP to keep track of my healthy diet. Just started lastweek and i can see some progress which is so amazing :)
    I am working nightshift one on one with my client, its awake shift so there is nothing to do at all while my client is sleeping but mostly sitting and watched my shows :-/
    I gained weight slowly, no exercise and even time for a walk outside and i love to eat too. So i decided and challenged myself to get back to my 2012 weight which was 125lbs, coz i weigh 170lbs november 1st when i started slowed down eating lots of carbs. So i challenged myself to lose 45lbs in 5months by doing healthy diet plan. :) hopefully would reach that goal.
    Oh, since i started november 1st until now i lost 5lbs. Just stayed hydrated, eat fruits and veggies, chicken, fish and no salt. :)
    And am keeping myself busy at work now doing sit ups, squat, jumping jack and more. I am determined to lose weight now.
