I go through phases, were it's either a trigger to over consume or the opposite! For the previous 2 days, I've been easily consuming; within my deficit! I love these days!0

If I feed my cat, she will eat half of her food and think she is starving and tries to get me to feed her more lol, but for me, I stress eat sweets a lot0 -

Glad I'm not the only one then0 -
Stress eating got me back to my starting weight when I got a new job a few years ago. I'm horrible when it comes to stress eating, when the pressure is on the fatty foods come out. Brrrrr.0

Boredom and stress eating.. nope.. these can be cured without eating a thing..this is what made me fat in the first place...
But if one's hungry all the damn time, look at your diet.. Calorie deficits do not have to be completely and utterly uncomfortable, as in one's diet is comprised of too much dietary restriction, too aggressive of a calorie deficit, and perhaps not enough protein, healthy fats and fibrous foods... also work with meal timing...0 -

Well the problem is, I don't have the budget to eat healthy right now and I'm looking for work so I get bored easily and I'm stressed a lot so it makes me want to eat all the time0 -

Yeah I'm getting to that point slowly, I feel bad about it but having the lack of money to buy healthy food makes it hard for me0 -

Well in light of your situation, I presume you are buying cheap calorie dense type food items?
However you can make wise food choices on a budget..
If you are looking for work and cannot afford "healthy" food (which I do not understand this statement), do you have a local food bank?
you can do this, you just have to want to do it.. if you ever have been in the main forums here in MFP there are ton of knowledgeable folks out there, plenty of advice that can be given to you to make the most out of what you do have... heck I see threads daily where even college students with no job are eating well on a budget. It can be done.0 -
I don't have that 'switch' that tells me when I've had enough, so I'm very rarely satisfied. I'm not working either so I do struggle to leave the kitchen without eating, it was easier when I was working as I could only eat what I had0

Well my husband is the only one working and we are having a hard time catching up with bills, we are eating boxes meals that are cheap so we at least have something to eat, healthy eating can be done by some people, but right now I'm more worried about making sure there is food on the table at all, and when I'm stressed out or depressed, I don't eat healthy0 -

That's what I'm going through, since I'm not working right now I'm always wanting to eat, when I am working I am able to stay busy and not be around food all the time0
