            Just realized I'm 47 and I know what I need to do to get it done. Just need to commit to it. I keep on looking back at my "used to be's" used to be fit, used to be strong, used to be 19% body fat and if one more person tells me I'm to old to have that I'm going to screem (oh wait that was only me saying it). I want to do this. Just way harder now but not as hard as it might be next year.1

            I'm 40, with a realistic goal of 20 lbs, higher goal of 30. I had reached my goal once and maintained and then had health issues and gained it back. Since my hysterectomy 9 weeks ago, I'm really struggling to lose again.

            I am 49, will be 50 by the end of the month. I started off my journey in January of this year at 378 Lbs. I have lost 146 and am now at 232 Lbs. I have about 117 left to lose and if I can have a good December I will have lost approximately 158 Lbs in a year. Feel free to add me and I will try my best to help you on your journey!
