I suppose after her round with lyme disease she is trying to feel human again.
I feel discouraged when I see extremely fit people. It just reminds me that I will likely always look somewhat like a dough woman. My biggest concern though is my health. Much more so than my appearance. I want to be healthy no matter how I look to others or myself.1
