I seem to be putting weight on - not taking it off!
I can already see what will happen next week - I'll be down by a couple of pounds. In other words, I will be exactly where I started at the beginning of this challenge.
Trying really hard to stay positive!

2.2 pound loss! I've kept going to the gym and yesterday finally bought some protein powder at GNC. MFP has made me realize how low I am on protein so I'm using the protein as a no-fuss way to get closer to my recommended daily amount. We will see how it goes!8

Just starting out but excited to see the first 2 lbs go. Though I will admit it's a challenge to eat better and exercise when I just want to reach for that hot cocoa and crawl under the blankets. But being accountable does give me that extra push.
 Good luck everyone!7

I feel your pain. I've had several weeks in the wrong direction & have been a bit off track for the last week. Gotta get out of this funk. Thinking about switching things up a bit until Thanksgiving & then Thanksgiving until Christmas.
 Wish me well!

Last week wasn't a good week as I didn't plan or log meals but one good thing is I still didn't eat after 8pm. However, the one pound I lost week I gained back so back to starting point.

Don't loose hope people. The scale is not the be all end all, especially if you are incorporating fitness into your routine. I am up this week, but if I look at trends and history...I tend to have a spike then a drop. I don't know about men, but womens bodies are crazy. Do the next right thing and eventually the scale will reflect.

Yesterday I felt hungry all day until I finally clued in that I had only had 1 glass of water in 16 hrs. Today much better had 4 750ml water bottles and was not turning to food at all. Reminder to self to focus on hydration just as much as exercise.4

This is my 1st challenge. Maybe it will help me get off this stubborn weight that my endocrinologist says is NOT due to my Hashimoto's thyroid disease but my metabolism slowing down due to aging! Just what a middle-aged woman wants to hear + I have MS as well.
No more excuses! I'm going for the burn!
