    This is my 1st challenge. Maybe it will help me get off this stubborn weight that my endocrinologist says is NOT due to my Hashimoto's thyroid disease but my metabolism slowing down due to aging! Just what a middle-aged woman wants to hear + I have MS as well.
    No more excuses! I'm going for the burn! B)


    Starting weight: 152.3
    Current weight: 168
    November goal: 163
    Ultimate goal: 150

    November 9th: 168 (Problem w/opioid-induced constipation. Hardly any BM for almost 2 weeks despite prescribed meds, under daily cals & 5x weekly exercise. Will take Magnesium Citrate in the AM.)

    :) deby32904 same for me...
    They don't except that certain medicine cause weight gain... Pedinisolone which I'm on makes me hungry and even can eat at any time any amount but hold on so hard to go for aim..

    How can u stop junk food specially pastry, bun...??? Which I use to have around 4pm after my work... It count the most part of my daily calories... Not only one some time I crave for them and have even two... :s:s:'(

    Try taking something with you for after work, like a bit of fruit or something?
    Or distract yourself from your cravings by doing some exercise, like walking
    Also drink water when you get those cravings, that one seems to work for me x

    Don't deny yourself the bun! This is a lifestyle, not a punishment. For me, life isn't worth living if I can't have ice cream, but now I don't have it every night AND when I do have it, it fits my calories.

    You've got to plan & work for those special treats.
