This week has been good.
I travel and am not home on week days - all my meals are at food courts and restaurants. This week I packed snacks.
-veggie sticks
-apple chips
- low cal fibre 1
- nuts
- rice crackers
My mission was to eat often to avoid poor choices from hunger.
At meal time I had protein and veggies (no rice or potato)
I did not drink as much water as I would have liked I will work on that this week.

Had to travel (for work this week). I was out of town at a meeting Wed-Friday (midnight). So all meals on the road, no car to go buy what I wanted. Had to make the best choices when eating out 3 times a day for 3 days. Some-how managed to lose 0.2# when I returned (midweek weigh in).
This coming week is Thanksgiving week. A time with family and friends (and overeating???)…I’m looking forward to the first two and will try to avoid the later. I’m cooking, so although I will not alter our traditional recipes (yes too much butter and heavy cream in the potatoes), I will know exactly what went in and can make decisions on how much I eat. I may not lose weight in the coming week, but hope at least, not to gain any. Then back to a regular routine after Thanksgiving.
