Just doing crunches, leg lifts and plank. Building up mote reps each day. Then kettlebell swing for 10 minutes0

So how was the workout yesterday? Still swinging the KGB around? That sucks about the egg, but if it's any conciliation, it did teach me to look at more than just my macros. Thank you!0
