I'm on level 2 day 7 and i've noticed a big difference in my abs and arms...I do other cardio and stregnth training as well....0

I just got my copy and did it two nights ago. I love it!!! I rotate videos because I get bored so very easy....so I won't be using it as a "program"...but will definitely do it once or twice a week.0
