edited November 13 in Introduce Yourself
Hi y'all. I thought I would post and introduce myself. I've been on mfp for a long time but haven't posted before. I typically stay fit but have been struggling with nutrition over the last few months. I thought it would be a good idea to make virtual friends to help motivate one another.

Hey, yes I'm totally in the same boat. Whenever I'm stressed out, I crave all the terrible foods and devour them..with immediate guilt after.
Feel free to add me if you like! Have a great day!

I completely understand. I am just getting back into fitness, but used eat, sleep, and live working out. Unfortunately, back then you couldn't tell that I consumed between 4,000 and 5,000 calories a day. My fitnesspal friends have been awesome!
Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Understand you don't HAVE to eat "clean" (whatever that means), so have a good nutritional profile. If you're meeting your micro and macro goals daily and still have room calorie wise to indulge, then indulge. You DON'T get extra credit for eating better once macros/micros have been met.

Thanks for asking Ali! It's still a bit of a struggle but I'm doing better. I'm so used to being fit and having my exercise and diet down cold but sometimes I really waiver. How's it going for you?

Well that's why we're here...to help celebrate your good times and support you during the rough times. You've got this!

Same as everyone else I imagine. Hanging on tight during the perpetual rollercoaster ride. Trying to find/create a new normal that I am proud of.
