We all live different seperate lives, we each have crazy schedules, whether it be school, work, stay at home parents, or doing it all..
My case, I'm a stay at home mom.. I'm also my kids' teacher, due to our circumstances, and I have 2 toddlers.. Finding time between teaching my older boys, hospice nurses, my young ones, cleaning, laundry, the works, the only time I have alone time is when they are all asleep, depending on if I have anything else that needs to be done, I work out, shower, and hit the sheets, but there are days where I end up crashed with them..
I know I need a consistent schedule for my workouts, since I have my diet on lock.. it's my workout schedule that I feel like I'm failing!!

Any suggestions would be amazing!! Thank you in advance!
