I am sticking to 1200 calories a day, cooking all of my meals at home and eating vegetarian couple of days a week. For exercise, I am running 3 days a week, 3 days strength training and every morning I do the 7 minute workout. On rest day I make sure to do at least 10-15K steps.
This time around I am not rewarding myself with food, good or bad. Also, I decided not see this as a diet period but a lifestyle change. And I am lucky to have a lot of support at home and at work.0 -
