KETO AND SEVERE PMS

I am on day 2 of keto and dreading my pms that is coming because it always throws me off. Does anyone have advice on how to get through?

I have the same issue with PMS. It's horrible. I sometimes use meditation and mindfulness to ride the wave of feeling instead of eating. Hope that helps.1

I get PMS symptoms that are extremely debilitating, migraine headaches, my back feels like it's on fire, horrible cramps all over my abdomen and thighs and around my hips. And I feel extremely sluggish and I cannot concentrate or barely have a conversation. I can barely walk and have to take time off from work.1
