Work out or lazy day

When u know you should work out but u have had such a long week you just want to be lazy ... But I wanna loss weight so bad ..

Weight loss is about a calorie deficit.
Use MFP'S method and you have a deficit before exercise so it's all good if you have a rest day6 -
I'm lazy so I like my rest days .. and I can never seem to out exercise my eating so I don't try0

work out. If your feeling lazy go and walk or something that is NOT as intense but still anything counts!5

Honestly, I just do it. First thing in the morning. That way I can just be lazy the rest of the day.4 -
Some days when I think I'm really not in the mood to exercise, I go out anyway and those can be some of my best days. Once I get started, the feel good endorphins kick in and I am very happy I decided to do it. Usually I'll say, "Give it 20 minutes, and see how you feel." I almost always feel like continuing.
