I need your friendship and help...

Hey guys,

Two years ago I lost 32kgs (an old friend put me on a high fat moderate protein low carb diet) I was 140kg, but slowly since then ive gained back some of the weight through mainly binge drinking and the occasional fast food meal, I lack motivation I have no idea why?! I watch people out there putting in hard work to better themselves and here I am thinking all negative about myself but the other day I made a promise to get back into eating better cut the drinking out and get more active. I need some tips I dont like gyms, I have two 20 kg dumbells and a 12 kg kettle bell can anyone please help me on what kind of exercises I should do! Im new to this health stuff any information is appreciated

Also wanting to make new friends to help me on this journey, would help if your from New Zealand but all are welcome.
