I can buy some clothes in a medium after being an XXL for so many years.
I can climb the rope 10 times in 3 minutes (set a new PR today!) after never getting up it in my life until a few mos. ago.
I can push 730 lbs on the prowler sled (a new PR this week also!)
I can sit in seats on a plane, at the theater, etc without spilling onto my neighbor.

Shop with just looking for something I like without worrying about covering up parts of my body I don't like.

    Run.

Stay awake all day without getting fatigued.

Keep up with my husband and kids when we're all out walking. Heck, now they have to keep up with *me*.

Say no to myself and stick to it.

I can get up a lot easier off the floor... Lol odd how much that means to me

I can't wait for the day when I can get up off the floor without making a spectacle of myself.

I finally stopped sweating all the time. I can walk up a hill without getting winded and I actually enjoy it.

Lift heavier than all the guys I work with. And I work with mostly guys.

Have the energy to assistant coach my 10 year old son's tackle football team.

My profile pic is what I can do now that I couldn't before: press 220, bench 165, splits, hold ankles while in a back bend. I am actually excited about exceeding my previous goals and now look forward to reaching new ones.

I might actually be able to do this stunt one day soon, God willing:
