What can you do now you couldn't do before?

            Everything is easier. I used to hate walking, now with 110+ pounds off I dont mind it. My sons 32 and 30 have both told me to slow down when we walk someplace together. I can put on my socks and tie my shoes without suffocating. Even wiping my backside is easier....sorry thats gross but true

            I can buy some clothes in a medium after being an XXL for so many years.
 I can climb the rope 10 times in 3 minutes (set a new PR today!) after never getting up it in my life until a few mos. ago.
 I can push 730 lbs on the prowler sled (a new PR this week also!)
 I can sit in seats on a plane, at the theater, etc without spilling onto my neighbor.

            Shop with just looking for something I like without worrying about covering up parts of my body I don't like.
 Run.
 Stay awake all day without getting fatigued.
 Keep up with my husband and kids when we're all out walking. Heck, now they have to keep up with *me*.
 Say no to myself and stick to it.2

            I can say no to soda, pizza and my fav starchy foods. It's unbelievable. Because just a month ago, all I ate was carbs, high sodium food and sugar. Now around 4 weeks into healthy eating and high protein diet, I don't like anything too salty (I stopped using salt in my food except for a pinch or two for flavour) and if I eat anything high carb or starchy I feel like I've been hit by a truck for a few hours. (Maybe I'm carb intolerant suddenly?)
 Chocolates were my weakness and now if I want to buy one I usually go for a fruit instead. I never knew I had this super power to say no to junk. And I'm also not tired and zombie-like when I wake up in the morning. I'm always ready to start my day with a happy face now.6

            I can hike over 8 miles, whereas before I struggled with 3.1

            Basically anything fitness related.. Ok I can't run as I've never trained it but my goal for NE t year is to fix that0

            A set of 50 *kitten* to ground body squats. The last fifteen are almost slow mo... but I'm doing it!2

            I finally stopped sweating all the time. I can walk up a hill without getting winded and I actually enjoy it.2

            Lift heavier than all the guys I work with. And I work with mostly guys.
 Have the energy to assistant coach my 10 year old son's tackle football team.2

            I started out with 10 pound weights, struggling. This week I picked up 40 pounds combined. I feel my self getting stronger and I love it!4

            My profile pic is what I can do now that I couldn't before: press 220, bench 165, splits, hold ankles while in a back bend. I am actually excited about exceeding my previous goals and now look forward to reaching new ones.
 I might actually be able to do this stunt one day soon, God willing:

            I walked to the bank and back from my workplace today, about a half mile each way. Made it there and back, business completed, in 40 minutes and wasn't at all winded or discomforted. When I first started losing weight, I couldn't walk for 10 minutes continuously without pain or needing to rest. I can't believe I've come this far already and I can't wait to see where I go from here.5
