Starting a two week cleansing diet. Who's with me?

Starting a two-week cleansing diet today. I can't think of a better time to do it! We can all be thankful on Thanksgiving Day without all the unhealthy foods.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
2 gallons of water per day
Tuna, turkey and vegetables

Thursday, and Friday
1 gallon of water per day
Chicken, steak, and vegetables

Saturday ans Sunday
1/2 gallon of water per day
Brown rice, chicken, sweet potatoes

I found this online and it has fantastic reviews. Who's with me? :)

The water goals are confusing too. 8 Litres of water in a day? Sounds like a recipe for not ever getting out of the bathroom, not to mention risk of electrolyte imbalances. Even the 4 Litres sounds like a bad idea. Unless one is working out in high temperatures, but then electrolytes becomes more important.

Sounds like peak week with water manipulation. What is your goal exactly since this is only for 2 weeks.

Please. Have you read the titles of his other youtube vids? Wouldn't consider this a legitimate source for any healthy advice.

Lots of support of know-it-alls here on this form I can see. Anyway, I have a good who has been extremely successful with this cleansing. 16lbs in two weeks.

Then what happens for, say the next 6 months? Or the rest of their life?

Just curious why you are so condescending when people don't agree with your plans? Go for it and report back on your amazing fat loss, but I have a feeling it will be similar to what others report when they go on a crash diet. Have fun!

I honestly dont see that cleansing anything(not that you can anyway) heck you probably wont even get the runs,as for losing 16 lbs in the two weeks, either they had a lot of weight and most of it was water or they ate so little of these things that they starved for those 2 weeks. 16lbs in two weeks? fat is lost in a deficit and you can only lose so much fat at a time anyway(safely anyway).

How fast did he gain it back. I rather be called a "know it all" who has an understanding about nutrition than post a ridiculous cleanse (hint you aren't cleansing anything).

Drinking 2 gallons of water a day is potentially very dangerous.
