    After two parties this weekend, the scale showed a gain. But I tracked my food every day and was showing losses earlier in the week, so even though I gained on weigh-in day, I feel good about this week!

    Thanks @normalicia11 Honestly, haven't thought much about being close to goal - I just keep chugging along. I may be putting blinders on because I fear I'll start slacking off my routine if I think about "the end" being in sight. Keep focusing on the positives - you'll get there!

    I'm in france but from San antonio texas. I haven't had fresh tamales in years and this year I plan in making some here for my friends. Fingers crossed they are good! But if they are fingers crossed I can control myself lol

    I'm recovering from a bad back injury, really pushed myself this week, and I don't think it was the best plan as I was super sore, stiff, and struggled with moving for the last 4 days. On the positive side, I made lots of gains with my knitting projects :smile: hahah!

    Definitely ate more calories overall this week, though - no excuses - the foot of snow that fell over the weekend got me in a snacky and homey sort of mood. So gorgeous!

    I'm going to double down this week and stick tightly to my calories and macros, despite the holiday. Too many food restrictions makes most of the holiday treats stricken from my list of 'foods that don't make me sick', so I guess I'm fortunate that I don't have to worry so much about overeating on Thursday. I'll be preparing much of my own food too (doing much of the cooking for the basic dinner dishes) so portions are mine to control!

    Thanksgiving! Here I come! Hang in there, everyone. Finishing the year out feeling positive about our achievements is just over a month away. You can do it!

    Question: how do we update weekly? Do I just copy and past my previous comment then add? Or is there a way to edit my comment? Sorry I've never done one of these

    When you quote your previous post it will do what I just did above...you then just have to add your new weight and delete the open and end quotes. This way you don't have to enter all your weights again....or you can copy paste as well. Both work. I like to use the quote because I like to use bold letters for some things and I don't like to have to bold everything again.
