How to use the "exercise" tab on myfitnesspal?

I do workouts that last for an hour with different exercises such as pushups, cardio and free weights... I cannot keep track of the many various exercises in the hour but how do we log it in on the exercise tab? Is there a default number of calories burned for workouts that last one hour? any help is appreciated.

Under the cardio tab, I would log this as circuit training. Then just enter the total duration of your workout.0

I use a heart rate monitor and log it as strength training circuit. And just put the calories burned on my HRM.0
