    I really love cardio, gets my blood flowing and my heart racing nicely! But kettlebells are AWESOME for a fun, fat burning workout!

    Toss up between heavy lifting and boxing. Both work the whole body and relieve a ton of stress.

    I love horseback riding because it feels good on my bad back. If I can't do that, I'll settle for cranking up my hand-cycle, because the ability to go as hard and fast as I want is a fantastic stress reliever.

    Mine would probably be squats or leg press or hip thrusts. Actually, basically all of leg day. It's more of a love-hate relationship though.

    As the weight room goes, Clean and Jerk and Snatches...Oly lifting is fun.

    I love BodyCombat! There is a YMCA about 5 minutes from my house, but I end up driving an extra 20 miles to get to the YMCA that has all the Les Mills classes.
