I love climbing ropes and pull ups/chin ups I just love to feel the burn1

Kickboxing - it helps with stress1

Toss up between heavy lifting and boxing. Both work the whole body and relieve a ton of stress.2

I love horseback riding because it feels good on my bad back. If I can't do that, I'll settle for cranking up my hand-cycle, because the ability to go as hard and fast as I want is a fantastic stress reliever.1

Tennis.

Burpees into pull-ups, because sometimes I just DGAF.2

Mine would probably be squats or leg press or hip thrusts. Actually, basically all of leg day. It's more of a love-hate relationship though.1

Cycling...I love to ride.
As the weight room goes, Clean and Jerk and Snatches...Oly lifting is fun.0 -
Running it clears my head of all the day to day crap.0

Dead lifts, and Bulgarian split squats, followed by floor press0

I love BodyCombat! There is a YMCA about 5 minutes from my house, but I end up driving an extra 20 miles to get to the YMCA that has all the Les Mills classes.0
