Hi All,
I'm trying to get back on the "wagon". I'm doing Keto and am new (well, returning for the third time) to My Fitness Pal. Can anyone show me the ropes of using MFP on Keto?

Why are you doing keto? Is it medically advised for you?0

Try 5% carbs (maybe 10%) with 20, 25 or 30% protein and then fats to make 100%.2

Go to MFP (home page) ...click on "goals"
next to: Daily Nutrition Goals...click "edit"
adjust your calories to the amount needed for your body's needs (diet/ maintenence/ body building)
adjust your carb ........ 5-10%
adjust your protien.....15-30%
adjust your fat........60-75%
