Looking for friends to help reverse health crisis

Hi everyone,

I am 40, 254 pounds. Diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks back. Messed my health up. Started the journey to try reverse it. Lost 15 PDs in 2 weeks. Looking for friends for motivation, encouragement and suggestions to come to best shape.

    All you need is make a schedule and stick to it. Consistency is the key.

    I was diagnosed Type 2 in September. I am 44. It's rough because while my husband and kids are awesome, my father and extended family offer me no support. Mostly they have been angry and argumentative. I am learning the muscle that I really need to strengthen is my boundary muscle. 1 hour exersize, less than 170 carbs a day, whole foods, counting calories, meds, and sleep have really made a difference.

    Stay focused with the end result in mind to become healthier, just remember to take it one day at a time.
