Need to lose weight!!!

Hi, I'm 28 years old really need to lose weight. I have been over weight most of my life but really want to turn this around. Plan on going to the gym at least 4-5 times. Want to lose a minimum 2-3lbs a week. Any hints or tips or any guidance really to help me on this journey??? Any success stories or advise would be great. Thanks

    Good Luck on your journey, you can do this ! remember you are doing it for your health first. just track your daily calories and meet those goals. drink plenty of water, cut the sugar and eat natural foods and nothing processed. the weight will come off. just dont give up when you dont see results. patience is the key !

    Add 3 cups of green tea to your diet. Count your calories. Have a cheat day once a while. It would rather help you not feeling bitter about your schedule of weight loss. And the most important key is to stay consistent on your efforts.
