    WOW!!! Look at all of your hard work, you look amazing!!! I get the pic thing, I really do, but I have to tell you from an unbiased point of view, you look great and really should no longer be afraid of pics...I know easier said than done..but you look great!

    Oh, you're so pretty! You have nothing to worry about from the camera! When you're gone (and we all go, eventually), your family will want pictures to remember you by. Trust me, they are not going to be sitting there saying, "look at her fat ___!" (Whatever you beat yourself up about.) They will be remembering all the good times and missing you.
