Well,I track for the whole month and base my CICO on monthly totals. this month I planned on 5000 calories total for today, but I'm am ending at only 3800. I'm kind of sad about that lol, I just can't eat like I used to.1

I was about 400 over my calorie goal for today (plus the extra exercise calories from this mornings class). No regrets, and I may even have another slice of chocolate cake (no pumpkin here!). It's the one day of the year I make most of this stuff, so I'm gonna indulge. Plus, I'll get a nice burn on tomorrow's 8 mile hike in the snow.0

Probably 2000 calories for the meal (most of it dessert) and I wasn't even full. Stupid hormones!0
