Bloating after every meal

For a few weeks now, every time I eat, I end up horribly bloated. Before the diet, it took a LOT of food to do that. Doesn't matter how much or how little I have- something as small as a banana or a bar will blow my belly right up, and I have no idea why. Help!

Can you be more specific about how you changed your diet?
Are you eating a food you didn't eat before or drinking something? Eating more fiber?1 -
I know someone this happens to. She bought a home allergy test, where you simply swab your mouth with a qtip it comes with then mail it back. They run a test and send you a list (out of the top 200 foods) that people are allergic or have developed intolerances to, meaning things that will cause bloating, excessive gas, or any type of adverse effects.0

The "cure" takes weeks if you are up for it.
Follow a FODMAP diet for a few weeks, Then gradually add new foods a week at a time until you work out what foods set you off.
Once you work dairy back in, have yogurt or Kefir daily to help out your stomach flora.
Reduce your fiber intake somewhat and increase your water.0 -

I'm already allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, etc., so it isn't a food allergy. Thanks though.0 -

No, I didn't change WHAT I eat at all, only the quantity. And on average, I have less fiber.0 -

If you can tolerate them and they are available in your area, they make yogurts with a coconut, almond, or soy base that have probiotics as well.0
