Looking for 20+ Driven Individuals ready for a 12 Week Push for Success!

We will keep it simple. Eat Clean and PUSH yourself for better fitness. By 2/20/2017, you will transform you! Set goals, do things, measure progress.

Team Accountability:

1. Daily Posting (met daily goals for nutrition and exercise?)

2. Weekly Weigh-In (all goals are welcome here, once a week, you state your progress)

3. PUSH yourself to be the best you can be! (be a better you, more fit, and motivate others along the way!)
