After 4 1/2 months of work I'm finally seeing some fledgling abs super happy and super motivated ..go baby abs! You can do it! Looking for some suggestions please to help work lower abs .. Thanks

those are the real deal girl. Looking great! I struggle with the lower pouch, can't seem to get it tight since the baby.
I know that probably has to do with diet, but I can't do the extreme diet thing. They say the leg lifts work the lower part of the Abs. Try yoga to help you target that area.1 -
Thanks I'll try to do a few more leg lifts, maybe from an upright position, or the dreaded reverse crunches0

I'll beat the rush and tell you to keep eating in a deficit. Now that we've got that out of the way, I like this exercise of many names (in P90x they call it "Heels to the Heavens"):
Lie flat on your back. Elevate your legs to 90 degrees with flexed feet. Lift your butt off the ground while maintaining the angle and flexed feet, trying to get your heels as high as possible. Lower your butt back down. Rinse, wash, repeat. Keep the angle, no lowering the legs to get momentum. Have fun!1 -
