A lawnmower looks like it might handle the jobs... will need the trimming done with pruning shears... LOL0 -

Plucked straight from Japan’s Edo period, dating back to the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, we present “He-gassen (The Fart Battle),” a very serious depiction of mostly nude characters engaging in the most epic fit of flatulence we’ve ever encountered.

What causes these things?
Was a micro-burst reported anywhere nearby? Very destructive and seems to be a straight, powerful gust as it's hitting, but is really a fast, powerful downdraft.0 -

About 2 months ago out of nowhere we had a minor storm where we got major straight line winds that destroyed out back yard and destroyed all kinds of property.. We were without power for 4 days.
What causes these things?
Was a micro-burst reported anywhere nearby? Very destructive and seems to be a straight, powerful gust as it's hitting, but is really a fast, powerful downdraft.
I know it was not declared as a torndao, they only described it as straigh line winds of around 82 mph. It caused all kinds of damage and destroyed all power lines about 3 miles long.. it was rough around here for 4 days..0 -

We had a 100mph gust in Tulsa (27 years ago lol) but that only lasted a minute or so. I've heard of single rogue gusts, but there's usually some kind of convective activity nearby...Next on my wind curiosity is straight line winds...
