Hi there. I'm Sam (Samantha) and I'm in Scotland. I recently had my thyroid removed and am struggling with my weight as a side effect.
I am determined not to let this beat me and would love to have a real close MFP friend group who want to motivate and encourage each other all the way to their goal weight.
