I'm Jill. I have 2 kids and I work full time. I would rather lose weight walking my dog, dancing while cleaning the house, climbing my stairs, and trying to declutter and discover my indoor oasis. What about you?

I prefer weightlifting for my primary routine and throw in running and biking for cardio. I'm still working on getting to my perfect bodyfat percentage. Right now I have two 5K events planned with my adult kids in January!

That's awesome! My son is a runner, too... I wish my knee could take it.... so I walk instead.

    Megan, Michael & North Cascades....
Way to exercise in nature and around the house. You've inspired me to take my dog for a walk and to embrace the unseasonably warm weather!

Having anxiety and bouts of agoraphobia, for me the gym is out of the question. So my workouts, cardio and strength training, is 100% home. I converted my mountain bike into a stationary and bought a door trainer, and it's worked great so far. 38 lbs down since June.

I bet your dog will love it. I bet you will, too. Fresh air and the sky overhead (instead of a ceiling) always does great things for me.

Usually, we are running in the park together with my friends but if not, I just do exercises like planking, pushups, and situps and mix it with jumping ropes.

Once again, just reading your posts motivates Roxie and me! We're off for another lap around the block. She absolutely LOVES it!

This morning it was raining, so we didn't stay outside too long.... so we opted for some yoga stretches... for me... and wrestling...for Roxie. :D

I did everything when my kids were young, went hiking, biking, walking, running. roller blading, went to malls and rec centres, walk ins, that's when I got my most exercise, cause they were full of energy, I shoveled snow, and built snowmen, so many people use kids as excuses,,, its sad.....kids are fun!, not many parents play with their kids anymore., I am still a KID!
