You will always get trolls that tell you, that you cant. People will be against you.
Shoving there opinion and different views at you.

This is a battlefield. Your mind Is the battlefield.
Pick yourself up. Think about all the weight you lost without all there " advice".

you can do it. Keep pushing my loves. :)

It's not trolling to tell someone that a product or method has no basis in science or fact.

In fact, clearing up some of the junk rumours and theories which we are all subjected to is very, very supportive.

I will never understand why people think being told "YOU can do this, you don't need that other thing" is a bad thing. I'd rather believe in myself than some product off a shelf.

In the case of concern-trolls and dubious unsolicited advice, certainly.

In the case of dissent when you actively seek validation by soliciting "advice" re: your sketchy notions about weight loss, maybe hit pause. Simply not telling someone what they want to hear does not a troll make. Accurate information may not feel as good in the moment as validation, but it'll have greater long-term results.

Trolls, or to "troll" someone means as follows:

    troll2
    trōl/Submit
    verb
    gerund or present participle: trolling
    1.
    informal
make a deliberately offensive or provocative online posting with the aim of upsetting someone or eliciting an angry response from them.

Basically, it is a nasty person who says negative things just for the purpose of discouraging you.

Yup. I'm not sure what the OP means by troll.

Maybe she means in person? Maybe some of her friends or family say she can't do it? Just a possibility.

Perhaps. But her post basically says: anyone who tells you you can't is a troll.

"you can't crap rainbows". "troll". Yeah. not how I understand that word.
    cheers!

Or a guy, who after losing over 40 lbs still tells you that youre a "bigger, unattractive girl he can't date" even though he's more overweight than you..... let's say he's my ex now.
