Only lost 2 lbs in November challenge despite working out 5x weekly & never going over daily cals! My extra weight is hanging on to me for dear life! My doctor says it happens as we get older! NOT what I wanted to hear! Plus, obesity runs in my family, on both sides. All 4 siblings are obese. I guess I should say I'm lucky that I'm just overweight but I hate the way I look, don't recognize myself in mirrors & the extra weight is terrible for my health having MS. Please dear God, help me to lose at least 5 lbs this month!
