Before and After Insanity + 1 Month of Lifting Heavy [Pictures]

Hey guys!
I felt like sharing a success story and some before and after pictures! It always motivates me to see others on the right track, and for a while after I finished Insanity a few months ago I felt great!
I slowly fell off track again and gained 10 pounds back - been lifting heavy and happy to report I not only look and feel better after only one month of lifting heavy - I've also lost those 10 pounds again.
Before was around 189 lbs. after is around 178.2 (since I weighed myself that night). Muscle goes a long way!
